The firm, Adelusi Ojo was registered as a firm of Chartered Accountants in July 1969.  The head office is situated at No. 32, Agbonyin Avenue, Surulere, Aguda, Lagos.  There is a branch office at No. 30B, Akure Shopping Complex, Akure, Ondo State.

The firm was formed basically to provide broad spectrum excellent professional services to a variety of clients from one man business, public limited liability companies to Government establishments and agencies
